This effect can be triggered up to once per turn. After using an active skill, Peri can launch 1 basic attack for every 3 stacks of Hot Investment she possesses. The effect of this basic attack is changed to dealing Burn damage equal to 12% of Peri's initial max HP to an enemy target for each stack of Hot Investment she possesses.
