After Pegasus uses Gatling Cannon, Liushih gains 1 point of Confectance Index.

For each point of Confectance Index expended, Liushih and Pegasus gain 1 stack of Marksmanship for 1 round. After this skill resolves, Liushih gains Extra Action. This attack is considered a Load Attack. This skill can be used when Pegasus is in the Joint Ops state.

Selects one tile within a cross-shaped area of 4 to 8 tiles, Liushih lands on it and teleports Pegasus to her side. If Pegasus is in Joint Ops or Preparing state, ends that state. After skill usage, Liushih gains Extra Command.

Selects one enemy target within 9 tiles. Pegasus enters the Joint Ops state and deals Hydro damage equal to 90% of attack to the target. This attack is considered a Load Attack.
