At the start of the turn, gains 1 point of Confectance Index. At the start of the battle, generates Toxic Mist tiles at the locations of allied Dolls for 2 turns. After moving, Basti leaves Toxic Mist tiles within 1 tile of herself for 2 turns. If an enemy unit is on an allied Toxic Mist tile, that unit gains Scribbled Funny Face. When a Cutie spawns and at the start of the turn, if an allied unit is on an allied Toxic Mist tile, that unit gains Insignia of Camaraderie and Attack Up II for 2 turns.
Skill 1 · Active · Teleport
Selects an allied target within 6 tiles and an empty allied Corrosion tile. Teleports the selected allied unit to the target tile, restores HP equal to 100% of attack and 5 points of stability to them, cleanses 2 debuffs from them, and applies Continuous Healing II for 2 turns. Then, Basti teleports herself to an empty tile within a 1 tile of that allied unit. After this skill, Basti gains Extra Movement.

Selects 1 empty tile within 6 tiles and summons a Cutie. After skill usage, Basti can use the active skill Landmine Girl, the active skill Bad Influence, or the Ultimate skill Candy-Coated Carnage. This skill can be used up to 2 times per turn.
Skill 3 · Ultimate · AoE · Tile · Debuff
Selects an enemy target within 8 tiles, deals AoE Corrosion damage equal to 150% of attack to it and all enemy targets within 8 tiles of it, generates Toxic Mist tiles for 2 turns, and applies 1 stack of Grudge.

In the eyes of those in power, it's a criminal record; in the eyes of local factions, it's a threatening letter; but in the Commander's eyes, it's a moving love letter.
