At the end of the round after using the Ultimate skill Railgun Judgement, the unit with Bond gains Crime and Punishment and their stat increase is reduced by 50% for 1 round.

If 2 or more targets or a Boss is hit, Asteria gains 6 tiles of Extra Movement and applies Sync to units holding Bond for 1 round.

Selects a direction, applies Vindicator's Mark for 2 rounds and Defense Down II for 3 turns to all enemy targets in a 3x8 area in front, and deals AoE Physical damage equal to 240% of attack that ignores Cover damage reduction. This attacks ignores 100% of the target's defense.
